How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

If you no longer want to receive the SkiWebShop newsletter, click on the ‚Unsubscribe‘ button at the bottom of each newsletter. You will be redirected to the unsubscribe page to confirm it.

How can I create a SkiWebShop account?

To create an account, you can simply click on ‘My account’ at the top right of the website. Here you can choose the option ‘I am a new customer‘ and enter your e-mail address. Then you will be able to create an account.  

Alternatively, you can also create an account during the checkout. After you have added your items to your shopping cart, proceed to ‘Checkout‘. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address. Then you will have the option to continue your purchase as a new customer and to create an account for your future orders.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Don’t worry. If you can’t remember your password anymore, you can easily change it yourself:

1. Go to ‚My account‘ at the right top of the website.
2. Click on ‚Forgot Password?‘
3. Enter the e-mail address you used and you will receive a mail with a link to reset your password.
4. Please check your spambox and other folders to make sure the e-mail has not arrived there.

It is also possible that you have not created an account and therefore have not received an email to change your password. You may have placed an order as a "Guest" in the past without creating an account.

Please note: If you sign up for the newsletter, it does not mean you create an account at the same time.

I can't log in to my account, what should I do?

1. Make sure you are using the correct e-mail address which is linked to your account and you have entered the password correctly.
2. Make sure you have created an account. Customers often place an order or subscribe for the newsletter without creating a customer account. Signing up for a newsletter does not mean creating an account.
3. Try to change your password using the link ‘Forgot your password’ when logging in.
4. Try to log in using a different browser (eg. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer).

I have signed up for your newsletter but I haven’t received my welcome discount code?

Once you have subscribed to our newsletter, you will receive an email with a discount code for €5 off your next order within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, this email may occasionally land in your spam folder, so please check there as well. If you still haven't received the email after an hour, please contact our customer service so that we can assist you further.

 

I have created an account but I can't find my order in my account.


When you create an account while placing an order, please note that the account will be created after the order has been placed. As a result, the placed order won't immediately appear in your account.

Likewise, if you chose to place an order as a 'guest' without logging in, the order won't be visible in your account either.

Regrettably, it's not possible for us to link existing orders to an account retroactively. But don't worry, we'll keep you well-informed throughout the process! Once your order is ready to be sent, we'll send you an email with the tracking code. Should there be any unexpected delays in shipping, we'll promptly notify you by email as well.
