I have received a faulty item, what should I do?

We're very sorry if you received a defective item. We make every effort to deliver products in perfect condition. However, if an item is not in good condition upon receipt, we kindly ask you to return it within the 14-day return period.

Please return the defective item to us according to our return instructions. Once your return has been checked and processed by us, the amount for the item will be refunded to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, we cannot send replacements for defective items. Therefore, the easiest and fastest solution is to reorder the item yourself. This way you can be sure that it is still available and that it will be delivered as soon as possible.

My product has gone defective, what now?

Has the product become defective within 12 months of purchase? Please contact our customer service immediately using the contact form. Remember to include photos of the complaint.

  • Photos zoomed in on the complaint.

  • Photo of the total product.

  • Photo of the internal white label (especially in case of washing problems).

  • Brief description of the complaint.

    If we have found a solution together, please remember to return the item within 14 days of contact. Otherwise, we will not be able to process it!

Our warranty conditions.

The (legal) warranty means that a product must meet what you as a consumer can reasonably expect from it. Our standard warranty period is 1 year from the delivery date, without prejudice to legal rights. Upon receipt of your report, we will process and assess the complaint based on the information provided. The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • 1. Misuse or negligent maintenance.
  • 2. Intentional or negligent damage.
  • 3. Damage caused by sharp objects.
  • 4. Damage caused by accidents, snow, falls and/or bumps.
  • 5. Damage caused by failure to follow washing instructions.
  • 6. Normal wear and tear from use and use stains.
  • 7. Seams that are properly stitched but have loose ends.
  • 8. Discoloration and/or damage to the material and/or product due to exposure to (sun)light and/or heat sources.
  • 9. Damage caused by weather conditions.
  • 10. Damage caused by modifications, repairs or alterations to the product (such as personalization or printing).
  • 11. Damage caused by lubricants or adhesives.
