Our return policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it within 14 days after delivery.
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange a product for you. Instead, you can return the items and place a new order.
  • Please make sure that the products are unused and unwashed with the original labels and packaging.
  • We are happy to refund you within 5 to 10 business days after we have received your items. When your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
  • Are you from the European Union? In this case, if you return the entire order, we will also refund you the original standard shipping costs. We cannot refund express shipping costs or the island surcharge.
  • If you return your order from outside of the European Union, we will not be able to refund your original shipping costs.
  • Please keep in mind that certain conditions may apply to some discount codes, such as a minimum order amount. If, after returning the products, you no longer meet these conditions, the discount will be removed from your order.
  • Skis: it is possible to return skis within 14 days of receipt at your own expense. The following conditions apply:
    • They are unused and in original condition.
    • If the bindings have been adjusted on the skis, we cannot take them back.
  • Ski simulators: due to the exceptional complexity of these advanced devices and accessories, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.
  • Againer and Ski-Mojo: returning Againer and Ski-Mojo is possible under certain conditions: products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be sent at your own expense and within 14 days of receiving the order.

Please note: If an item or order does not meet our return policy, unfortunately, we cannot process it or offer a refund.

  • You can return items within 14 days of receipt.
  • Please make sure the items are unworn and unused. Only undamaged items in their original packaging (such as ski helmet boxes, thermal clothing, etc.) can be returned.
  • Always ensure that items have the original labels.
  • Please note that if an item does not meet our return conditions, we unfortunately cannot process it and cannot offer a refund.

Please follow the following steps to return your package (please note: these steps do not apply to skis, ski simulators, Againer, and Ski-Mojo):

1. Pack the items with all labels attached in the original packaging. Use a sturdy box.

2. Stick the return label you can create below on the box. Remove other labels.

3. Take your parcel to your chosen parcel delivery point and hand it in there.

4. After arriving at our warehouse, it takes 14 days for your package and refund to be processed. You will be notified of this by email. The money will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note: return registration below is not possible for skis, ski simulators and accessories for simulators and Againer and Ski-Mojo exoskeletons.

Can I return my skis?

It is possible to return skis within 14 days of receipt at your own expense. The following conditions apply:

  • They are unused and in original condition.
  • If the bindings have been adjusted on the skis, we cannot take them back.

If you are returning skis, this can only be done to the address below. Make sure you always receive a track & trace code to track your package. Without this code, you have no guarantee that the package has been delivered.

Return of Againer and Ski-Mojo

Returning the Againer and Ski-Mojo is possible under certain conditions. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be sent at your own expense and within 14 days of receiving the order.

We understand that it is sometimes necessary to return a product, and we want to ensure that this process goes as smoothly as possible. Please ensure that the products are carefully packed in their original packaging and that all accessories and documentation included in the original delivery are also returned.

Please print the order confirmation mail and put it in the box, together with the products. Send the package to the address below:

Please note that returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted. Once the returned products have been received and inspected, we will process the refund, if applicable, following our returns policy.

Return of ski simulators and accessories for ski simulators

Due to the exceptional complexity of these advanced devices and accessories, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.

Our ski simulators and associated accessories are the result of extensive technical development and meticulous design to meet the highest standards of quality and training effectiveness. Every component, from advanced technology to ergonomic design, has been carefully considered to give you the best possible skiing experience.

We understand that purchasing such equipment is a significant investment, and we encourage our customers to become thoroughly familiar with the specifications and functionality of our products in advance. We do everything we can to answer any questions and provide the best support.

Thank you in advance for your understanding. We firmly believe that the complexity of our ski simulators and accessories contributes to an enriched training experience for all avid skiers.

Has my return package already arrived at your warehouse?

When you hand in your return parcel, you will receive a shipping note. This contains a track&trace which allows you to track your parcel and see when it arrived at our warehouse.


After receipt at our warehouse, it takes 14 days for your package and refund to be processed. You will be notified of this by email. The money will be refunded to the account you paid with. Depending on your bank, it may take 1-3 days before you see the money in your account.

When will I be refunded?

Once we receive your return package, it typically takes about 5-10 working days to process the return and issue your refund. The refund will be made to your original payment method. After your return is processed, you will receive an email notification.

Depending on the payment method you used, the refunded amount should appear in your account or on your credit card within a few days after processing.

Will I also get a refund for my shipping costs for delivery?

When returning your order in its entirety, you will receive a refund for the shipping costs of sending it (From our warehouse to your address). So you only pay the shipping costs for returning your package. 

For a partial return, you will only receive a refund for the amount of the returned items, and not for the shipping costs.

Additional shipping costs, such as evening delivery, express shipping, or island surcharges, will not be refunded after returning your order.

Please note: Shipping costs outside the EU will not be refunded.

Is it possible to exchange a product?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange products. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you can return it within 14 days and place a new order for the right size or another product.

Can I return sale items?

Of course, you can also return our sale products within 14 days of receiving them.

Can I return items from multiple orders in one box?

Yes, you can return items from multiple orders in one box. It is important to register all items in the returns portal. Please note, also put a note in the box with the order numbers involved. You only need to create one return label to put on the box.

My discount code is no longer applied after my return, why not?

Certain discount codes have specific conditions, such as a minimum order amount. If, after returning products, you no longer meet these conditions, the discount will no longer be applied to your order. 

Therefore, be sure to check the terms of the code also when returning the order.
