The Helly Hansen Alpha 4.0 also prioritizes practicality with its multiple pockets design. It has a convenient ski pass pocket so you can easily access your pass without having to fumble around for it. Additionally, it includes a dedicated life pocket phone pocket to protect your electronic devices from cold temperatures and preserve battery life.

Made using Primaloft and Polyester materials, this ski jacket provides excellent insulation properties while maintaining breathability, keeping you warm and comfortable throughout your adventures on the slopes.

  • Detachable hood The hood of the ski jacket is detachable.
  • Skipass pocket The ski jacket has a compartment for your ski pass, so you don't have to get your ski pass out of your ski jacket at the ski lift.
  • Vertical breast pocket Next to the large zipper at the front of the ski jacket, there is an extra (hidden) pocket on your chest.
  • Adjustable hood The hood of the ski jacket is adjustable.
  • Helmet-compatible hood The hood of the ski jacket fits over a helmet.
  • Recco-system Recco is a reflector detection system that helps to find avalanche victims faster. The Recco system is incorporated in your ski jacket. Rescuers can receive the signal from the RECCO system up to 20 meters in the snow and 80 meters from the air.
  • Water repellent ski jacket The ski jacket is water repellent, but not impenetrable. Depending on the water column, the degree of waterproofness can be determined.
  • Fully-taped seams All seams are taped so the holes from stitching are covered. This way, no water can leak through the seams and the ski jacket stays waterproof.
  • Life pocket for phone The ski jacket has a special pocket for your smartphone that keeps it on a steady temperature. This way, the battery of your smartphone will last much longer.

    A synthetic fiber which is different than other synthetic fibers because of its big elastic strech ability.
